Michael Anthony Donald (1961-1981)

Michael Anthony Donald was a nineteen-year-old African American man who was murdered by the Ku Klux Klan in 1981 in Mobile, Alabama. His killing was one of the last known lynchings in the United States. Donald was born on July 24, 1961, in Mobile to Beullah Mae Donald and David Donald. He was the youngest of six children. In 1981, Josephus Anderson, an African American, was charged with the murder of a white police officer in Birmingham, Alabama while committing a robbery. Anderson’s case was moved from Birmingham to Mobile, Alabama in a change of venue. While the jury was struggling to reach a verdict on Anderson, members of the United Klan of America complained that the jury had not convicted Anderson because it had African American members.  One Klansman, Bennie Jack Hays, announced to his fellow Klan members that “if a black man can get away with killing a white man, we ought to be able to get away with killing a black man.” On March 20, 1981, a mistrial was declared in An...

THE PHILADELPHIA PA. 1985 MOVE ORGANIZATION BOMBING

– The MOVE Organization is a Philadelphia-based black liberation group that preached revolution and advocated a return to nature lifestyle. They lived communally and vowed to lead a life uninterrupted by the government, police or technology. They were passionate supporters of animal rights and members adopted vegan diets. Members also adopted the surname “Africa.” Often times they would engage in public demonstrations related to issues they deemed important. – MOVE did, however, have a past with the police. Since inception in 1972, the group was looked at as a threat to the Philadelphia Police Department. In 1978, police raided their Powelton Village home and as a result, one police officer died after being shot in the head. Nine MOVE members were arrested, charged with third-degree murder and sent to prison. They argued that the police officer was shot in the back of his head on his way into the home, challenging the claim that he was shot by members inside the house. Eventuall...

Ferguson, Missouri

The U.S. Justice Department has concluded that the police and city courts in , Missouri, routinely engaged in a pattern and practice of discrimination against African Americans. Despite comprising about 66 percent of the local population, African Americans accounted for 93 percent of arrests, 88 percent of incidents where force was used, 90 percent of citations and 85 percent of traffic stops. The Justice Department, which launched its report after the police killing of Michael Brown, also uncovered at least three municipal Ferguson emails containing racist language or images. "The report does not give me hope. What gives me hope is that people across America are finally waking up," says Michelle Alexander, author of the best-selling book, The New Jim Crow: Mass Incarceration in the Age of Colorblindness. "There is a system of racial and social control in communities of color across America. … What we see now is that we do have the power to make things change. The qu...

The Release Of Two African-American Men

"The release of two African-American men from prison in North Carolina after 30 years of incarceration for a murder they didn’t commit is yet another example of the American justice system’s racist targeting of African-Americans as the supposed primary criminal class in the country.        Between this outrageous case, the recent police broad daylight execution of Mike Brown, and the choke hold killing of Eric Garner, we must ask: isn’t it time we launch a movement to defeat the raci st law enforcement and criminal justice system’s systematic war on Black-America?        Why do we still pretend as if these are random isolated unconnected occurrences? This week’s news of the release of Henry Lee McCollum and Leon Brown after 30 years in jail for the 1983 rape and murder of an 11 year-old girl, represent another case of the gross miscarriage of justice." Criminals Of Permission

J-Jon - C.O.P ( Criminals Of Permission ) This song speaks about the supposed protectors of American society at large and it breaths clear visual light on the problem of violence that they perpetuate. They perpetuate violence, violent acts, bullying, thievery, rape, etc. Most people do not want to believe that though because, they cling on to the image of their slogan "To protect and serve." Now my question is: Who are they protecting and who are they serving?

Being Emergency Prepared

When the proverbial crap hits the fan, our people must be prepared.  You notice I said WHEN, not IF!  When it becomes obvious that we are under martial law, businesses and corporations, that have joined InfraGard, have been authorized, by Homeland Security, to use lethal force against the public. They have been ordered to shoot to kill!  They CANNOT BE PROSECUTED, because the FBI says they are the first line of defense and MUST protect America's infrastructure from terrorists!  (Keep in mind the fact that gangs and gang bangers have been labeled as terrorists.  If you live in a so-called gang infested neighborhood, then you are considered to be either in the gang yourself, or GANG AFFILIATED i.e. terrorist affiliated.  Most of my people in America can be made to fall into this category by the stroke of a pen.) The President also has laws in place to attack the citizenry of America!  I don't recall the actual numbers for the P...

IF YOU ARE TAKEN TO JAIL

This page does not have to go into any lengthy detail. Remember, if you are taken to jail via a 'fresh arrest,' try to get the names of the officers involved in your arrest who cause the most injury, threats or pain. Try to keep the details of your 'fresh arrest' in your head, as most likely, they won't give you paper & pencil. DO NOT SIGN IN, DO NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS, GIVE FINGERPRINTS, ETC., ONLY AFTER THEIR THREATS, AND DO NOT SIGN WHEN YOU' RE GETTING OUT. As soon as you are out, you need to do up an affidavit of all the facts of that unlawful arrest! It is best if you have someone that has your power of attorney to assist you in these matters until you are out. But, when you find yourself in a jail cell ... for whatever reason you've heard the story, seen it in the movies... that you have a right to ONE phone call. So the question is "who do you call?" Well, it's not to call your lawyer (God forbid!), your girlfriend, your p...
